Maxtor One Touch Driver

Gothic is in the Air, a good story ... Restructuring

Here are pictures of my panel for Gothic is in the Air, an event organized by Free Space Theatre - historic theater 'underground' Neapolitan - in which I participated last February 23. The theme was of course the Goth in all its forms, I wanted to represent my dark gothic part through music, which I was a teenager desperate listener (so even now; D). The protagonists of my panel, then, are the Bauhaus, dark '80s icon known worldwide, and remains, a group that was moving in the same period of the musical Neapolitan, with all the difficulties that this choice would create.
Thanks to:
Angela D'Auria Rosa for having me involved in this event, I was happy;
Enzo and Ciro Fattorusso, or for the REST providing me with the material;
Capponcelli Renato, bass player of REST, the leader of the Poisons and Germans, its although, my husband and Annarita Gargiulo
Andrea Scala which I stole the picture.

Health And Beauty Business Names

eco-friendly

This time I literally looted one of the My favorite sites:
http://www.greenme.it/abitare/eco-fai-da-te/3199-5-consigli-per-una-ristrutturazione-di-casaecosostenibile

'Plan for the renovation of the house is a little' how to plan their marriage, there are a thousand things to arrange, so many vendors to contact, along with lots and lots of materials to choose from. So if you are planning to renovate your home we invite you to do so while respecting the environment. With some little foresight, in fact, you will be able to choose the best materials on the market green.

1) Buy only quality materials, durable
A restructuring plan, which foresees a massive intervention on housing, between seventy and can produce 115 kg of waste per square meter. Then choose quality materials that will last over time.
If the fixer is that of life, try to replace only the bare essentials. But if you think you see it after some years of good quality materials used and even in neutral colors. In this way, future buyers may avoid performing other work, mostly appreciate your renovation.

2) Instead of replacing, try to repair.

At times like the great masters of painting, there would be no need to rip everything and start on a new canvas. But it is not always the best choice. Take For example, the furniture in the kitchen: If the property is in good condition and is not compromised even by water, you can just belittling the look rather than buy new. Maybe just changing the doors of the cabinets.
You can repair and "modernize" so many other parts of the house: the old wall painting, linoleum floors, laminate countertops, and maybe you can professionally restore windows and recover old furniture. This reduces significantly the production of waste for disposal and also save money that you can also invest in a second time in major works such as the rebuilding of the water system or the electrical system.

3) Use materials and toxic substances
All that is good for the planet is good for all of us. Often, however, many of the materials that enter our homes contain chemicals hazardous to our health that are released for years. For example, formaldehyde is used in the carpet or in the insulation, and some volatile organic compounds (VOC) are used for paints or adhesives for floor coverings.
the same price you can buy non-toxic materials (cotton fiber insulation, carpeting organic) or search for less harmful ecological paints with lower VOC percentages.

4) Choose local resources
So how can you make your garden more sustainable and easy to grow using native plants or your board greener by choosing local produce, so you can have a smaller environmental impact with your renovation project. Try to buy the materials "at km zero", so as to limit carbon emissions related to transport.

5) Planned waste disposal
Properly dispose of waste may take time, but it is a risk that deserves to be run to get rid of it responsibly. Contact
providers and local scrap yards to see if wiring or retire old appliances. If you plan to buy new ones, remember that with a new decree against a disposal of old washing machines, refrigerators, and old PC is charged to the seller. So pretendetene withdrawal charge. E 'can then find companies that take advantage of sinks and doors. Also out on a budget for disposal, possibly made by companies that comply with all the series regulations.
Your decision to make a green renovation will certainly require a little more effort, but with careful planning you can get great results and save valuable time.
also arrange in advance will allow you to find incentives to choose eco-friendly and maybe enjoy some tax benefits (such as the deduction 55%)
After completion of the work there that will enjoy the new house with a touch of pride in your restructuring for more eco-friendly '. Until next

My Newborn Has Phlegm What Do I Do?

Councils 'technical' for the purchase of the refrigerator

Alas, the time has come ... I have to buy a new fridge. With great regret at my portfolio, I venture into the web looking for useful information to make a good buy long-lasting. I found this site that I have 'written off' the technical part that seems quite interesting.
The link is: http://www.guidaconsumatore.com/elettrodomestici/frigorifero.html

"Reading the technical details of the refrigerator

The data sheet accompanying each appliance or electronic device is a must for refrigerators. It may vary depending on models and brands, but essentially it should contain:

-
energy class (remember that A has the lowest power, G is the highest, the next generation of refrigerators can also have a dual class A or an A +, reflecting consumption become less and less expensive)
- capacity of the various compartments
then the refrigerator, the freezer, the freezer or basement, in liters
- total capacity
-
dimensions in centimeters and which relate to the overall dimensions of the refrigerator
- type of defrosting for each compartment
which can be manual, partially automatic or automatic, depending on the presence or absence of non-technology frost
- ability to keep the temperature in case of black-out in hours
- type of positioning
-wall or freestanding

Possible use well
the refrigerator to keep a refrigerator in good state over time, there are several things that help its preservation:

- distance from the wall
to be a few inches, a good ideal to allow passage of air in the space behind
- cleaning coils
the external coil can become dirty and dusty, the interior may be filled with ice and in both cases the operation efficiency of the refrigerator will suffer, causing increased energy consumption and less effective in food preservation
-
periodic defrosting when the refrigerator is not equipped with automatic defrost or partially owns an auto defrost
- clean the fridge
in all its corners and shelves to be held periodically, perhaps together with the defrosting, if necessary
- proper arrangement of food
as if the room is too full, the cooling will not occur in a uniform way and lose efficacy, always check the expiry date of food and the ideal temperature which can be stored in a given period of time. "
Until next time, perhaps with new fridge;)

Sausage Dog Pattern Toy

... but ... the store is green is another thing!

not be afraid! this is not a franchise advertising nth para-eco-sustainable but just some advice on how, with some simple trick, any kind of business can, as if by magic, turn into a business 'green'. The link is subject to theft:
http://www.greenbiz.it/efficienza/uffici-e-punti-vendita/1535-negozio-green-come-rendere-piu-sostenibile-un-punto-vendita-in -7-moves -
'll retail store can become a place of choice where to promote the consumption of green products and raise consumer awareness towards adoption of more sustainable lifestyles, as long as you choose to bid review, structure and mode of sales process. The advantages of this choice are not lacking: first, the ability to attract motivated and loyal customers, save on energy costs and operational expenses and become a reliable point of reference for its customers. Below we offer some insights helpful to those wishing to create a commercial venture based on the principles of sustainable business.

1. Carefully choose the type matching and
The first step is surely to choose the type and thus the range of our store. Based on the information we have available on our user base and commercial initiatives in the selected area can opt for membership in an organization structured franchise already, or choose an in-house .... If we decide to create a commercial venture on his own, the selection of the range would not be a problem are now available in all areas of sustainable product lines and all the leading manufacturers of consumer packaged goods companies offering products in green. In our shop we can choose to offer a selection of goods from different fields or specialize in a well-defined area such as: personal care, house cleaning, furniture and furnishings, clothing, gifts, office products, all unmarried key in green, of course. An alternative winner may also choose to open a small store offering organic food and / or to sell and promote local products or zero km.
2. The location has
The place where we decide to open the shop is important and his shrewd choice can further characterize our point of sale as environmentally friendly. As far as possible would be preferable to choose a location easily accessible by public transport, then very close to subway stations or bus, and if the budget allows, encourage small discounts and gifts with those who go to our store using sustainable forms of transport.
3. Sustainability from the structure and the ski shop
If the room we have available for our shop is owned, or rather, we decide to build "from scratch", it is useful to evaluate the opportunity to commit the resources in its construction or renovation in a "green". The adoption of sustainable building solutions, albeit necessitating an immediate investment, offer the advantage of increased property value and the ability to quickly retrieve what has been spent because of the savings from reduced energy consumption and reduce operating costs thereafter. E 'can then provide the local heat and sound insulation systems, use sustainable materials for floors and walls (they are already available such as coating materials resulting from recycling of other products), upgrading electrical systems and heating and / or packaging , also considering the adoption of systems for the production of energy from renewable sources. As for the lighting: make the most possible that natural and use high efficiency lighting systems (eg LEDs). And yet, the adoption of windows for energy efficiency, the use of paints, low VOC (volatile organic compounds) and solutions for saving and reusing water.
4. The interior design is a way to communicate in an immediate
The interior of a store are not only a practical necessity, also a form of instant communication of sustainable philosophy on which the store. For this reason it is important that their choice is in line with the positioning of our business. Also in this area are growing alternatives available to those who decide to furnish a store in a sustainable manner. The choice is certainly easier and faster to use furniture (shelves, sideboards, tables, chairs) used. If chosen with taste, perhaps creating a pleasant mix of styles, can provide a unique connotation to the store. Otherwise, the preference may fall on industrial solutions, but care for the environment such as the choice of shelves, counters and displays only made with wood from sustainable farming. Or choose furniture made from recycled cardboard honeycomb. The latter option is also growing among the large retail chains: some examples are Brums, Malo, Manas, the latter known Italian brand of footwear, furniture stores has made completely of cardboard, just like the boxes of shoes.
5. The importance of sustainable packaging
One of the most important to characterize how a business really sustainable is the proper management of the packaging of goods, to minimize the waste material produced by our activities and the use of paper and paperboard. So it's really important to reuse as much packaging as possible with which we are delivered the goods: use it to make new packaging or shipping the goods we sell. As for the ideal would be to offer those shopping bags made of recycled paper or cardboard post-consumer. Or encourage customers to bring your own bags to reuse.
6. Reduce-Reuse-Recycle or the review of internal processes would be a contradiction
sell eco-friendly and at the same time working in the store just by following sustainable practices. To avoid this, carefully examine all operations to be carried in your store to decide which processes or activities can be arranged in an innovative way with the aim of reducing their environmental impact and at the same savings in operating costs. Some examples: to reduce paper use and use of digital procedures for the management of the shop (e-mail, online banking and accounting documents in pdf), to use biodegradable products to clean the store, buy computers and printers with the EnergyStar label, recycle and / or dispose of ink cartridges and toner for printers and copiers, use rechargeable batteries, make any deliveries using modes of transport with low environmental impact.
7. Not only selling, but sharing a culture of sustainability
course, the main goal of any business initiative is the sale, but an eco-friendly shop that can really be called such, must also play an important role is the dissemination of culture sustainable and responsible consumption. E 'is therefore essential to help customers understand what it means to be truly eco-friendly and how you can lead a more sustainable lifestyle, including buying decisions in terms of environmental awareness. For example, it can provide customers with information lifecycle of products in a simple and understandable in order to assess what they buy on the basis of 'environmental impact.
possible steps to involve their customers and the future are many: from the organization of meetings with experts, workshops, exhibitions, sending a periodic newsletter, or perform environmental consulting services related to our field of activity: for example if ours is a furniture store, offering advice on how to decorate or renovate a green home (such as materials, such as improving energy efficiency, installing such devices). In this way we can for our customers become an important reference point. Of course, to properly carry out this role you must stay current on the issues to be sustainable and supported by motivated and well trained '.
